杜某，男，21岁，2013年4月16日就诊。
Du *, male, 21 years old. On April 16, 2013, this patient visited our hospital.
现病史：杜某患银屑病2年。起初的时候小杜发现背部略有瘙痒，便用手抓挠，也没太在意。数天后，小杜发现背部有很多红色的疹子。上面覆盖了一层银白色的鳞屑，剥除鳞屑后，有点状出血现象。以为是过敏现象导致，但疹子越来越多，经诊断为寻常型银屑病。接受治疗一个月后，病情稍有好转，为了不耽误学业，小杜开了一些外用药便没再继续治疗。几个月后，病情又大肆袭来，受损面积扩大了一倍。听信网友接受偏方治疗，不仅没治好，渐渐发展为大范围弥漫性潮红浸润斑，瘙痒难耐。经介绍来我院接受治疗。
Present Illness: This patient had a psoriasis for 2 years. At the beginning, a mild itching was found on the back, and then he scratched with hands, but did not care about very much. Several days later, many red measles were found on the back, and covered with a layer of silvery white squama; and a punctate hemorrhage appeared after the stripping of squama. Above symptoms were initially considered as an allergy, but then as psoriasis vulgaris because the measles became more and more later. After the treatment for one month, the illness was improved slightly. In order to no delay the school work, he did not continue the treatment, but some medicines for external use were prescribed. Several months later, the illness was exacerbated, and the injured area was doubled. At the advice of his internet friends, he took the folk prescriptions at no efficacy, and the illness gradually progressed into a massive dispersive reddish infiltrative macula with intolerable itching. At the introduction of a certain friend, he visited our hospital.
检查：为了更好的治疗患者的银屑病症状，申淑华主任首先对患者进行检查，通过望闻问切后，发现患者体质属于过敏体质，对药物的敏感度很高，最经不住大量激素类药品的刺激，之前他长期使用过量激素类药品以及偏方使得病情转化为严重的红皮病型银屑病。

由于患者自身属于过敏体质，为避免皮肤对药物的不吸收。申淑华主任首先对患者采用针灸疗法，有效的调节血管的功能状态，促进皮损的修复。
This patient was of allergic constitution. Therefore, in order to promote the skin absorption of medicines, Director Shen Shuhua first conducted the acu-moxibustion therapy to effectively regulate the functional state of blood vessels and promote the repair of injured skin.
等到皮肤能够很好的吸引药物时，申主任对于大面积的背部银屑病采用了中药外敷疗法，将配置好的药物直接作用于患者背部，更好更直接的促进药物的吸收。一周后，患者的背部皮肤得到了明显的改善。
When the skin could very well absorb the medicines, for the massive back psoriasis, the prepared TCM medicines were directly compressed on the back, so as to better and more directly promote the absorption of medicines. One week later, the skin on the back was obviously improved.
为了更好的抵制疾病复发，申主任又对患者采用中药药浴疗法，药浴中选用的药物有活血化瘀、改善微循环、调节免疫、抗过敏原、止痒的作用。经过一段时间的综合治疗后，患者的银屑病得到了彻底的治愈。

皮肤发痒是银屑病患者常有的症状，但也因为这种症状比较常见，让很多患者没有得到及时的重视。所以对于日常生活中皮肤有任何异样时，一定要及时加以重视。而很多银屑病患者，常常在发病初期听信药物、偏方治疗，不仅没有得到很好的治疗效果，反而加重了病情。需要提醒患者的是，银屑病的发病因素很多，不可能因为一种方法就能治愈所有不同病因的银屑病。
The skin itching is a common symptom of psoriasis, but does not attract the timely attention of many patients. Therefore, in the daily life, any skin abnormality should be concerned in time.
