Chen *, female, 56 years old. On March 06, 2013, this patient visited our hospital.
现病史：56岁的老陈患银屑病已经有五年了，由于一次意外，背部受到外伤感染，伤口周围炎症未愈引发的银屑病，起初，老陈发现背部有瘙痒症状，抓挠后，发现有少许鳞屑脱落，以为是伤口愈合的自然现象，照镜子后发现自己后背上长出许多豆大的丘疹。经诊断为银屑病，期间用过药膏、游医偏方、激素类药品等进行过治疗，但治疗效果不佳，病情不断加重。
Present Illness: This patient had a psoriasis for five years. In an accident, the back was injured for infection, the inflammation around the wound was not cured to thus cause a psoriasis. At the beginning, an itching appeared on the back, and a few squama shedded upon the scratching, which was mistaken as a natural phenomenon of wound heal. When looking in the mirror, she found numerous soybean-sized papules on the back, which was diagnosed as psoriasis. Then, she took the medicinal ointments, folk prescriptions of itinerant doctors and hormone medicines, but all at a poor efficacy. The illness was continuously exacerbated.
