Cupping Therapy
拔火罐是中医疗法中优秀的疗法之一。拔火罐是一种充血疗法，利用热力排出罐内空气，形成负压，使罐紧吸在施治部位，造成充血现象，从而产生治疗作用，中医认为：银屑病是由于血热、血燥、血虚、血瘀等原因造成的，拔罐中国人称它为淤血疗法。所以，拔罐对某些治疗的治疗会起到辅助性作用。
The cupping therapy is one of excellent TCM therapies. As a congestive therapy, the cupping discharges the air out of cup via thermal force to produce a negative pressure, which makes the cup closely adsorbed onto the lesion site for congestion at a treatment effect. In the viewpoints of TCM, the psoriasis is caused by the heat, dryness, deficiency and stasis in blood. In China, the cupping is considered as a hemostatic therapy, and thus is used for auxiliary treatment of some diseases.
我院拔罐疗法治疗银屑病的方法：
We treat the psoriasis through the following cupping methods:
1.单纯罐法 单纯罐法是指以罐具为工具不配合其他药物或器械进行治疗的方法，主要有留罐法、走罐法和内罐法。
1. Pure cupping: The cupping is made via cup but no other medicines or devices. Methods: Cup retaining, cup moving and quick cupping.
2.复合罐法 复合罐法指在拔罐前后或拔罐中结合其他器械或药物治疗的一种方法，以所用其他器械的不同分针罐法(图15-2)、药罐法、红外罐法、紫外罐法、激光罐法等。
2. Composite cupping: The cupping is made via other medicines or devices before, during or after the cup removal. Methods (based on the device): Needling combined with cupping (Fig.15-2), medicated cupping, infrared cupping, ultraviolet cupping and laser cupping.
拔罐疗法治疗银屑病的优势：
For psoriasis treatment, the cupping therapy has the following advantages:
1.这种疗法可以逐寒祛湿、疏通经络、祛除淤滞、行气活血、消肿止痛、拔毒泻热。
1. Cold dispelling & dampness removal, channel/collateral dredging, stasis/stagnation resolving, qi-flow activating & blood circulation invigorating, swelling subsidence & pain relief, and toxin expelling & heat clearing.
2.具有调整人体的阴阳平衡、解除疲劳、增强体质的功能，从而达到扶正祛邪、治愈疾病的目的。
2. Regulate the yin-yang balance, relieve the fatigue and improve the constitution for vital qi strengthening and pathogen eliminating and illness cure.
3.拔罐可祛除人体表层乃至深层组织的风、寒、湿、热、毒等病邪，达到平衡阴阳、通畅气血。
3. Eliminate the various pathogens on the body surface and even in the deep tissues (e.g. wind, cold, dampness, heat and toxin), so as to achieve a yin-yang balance and qi-blood smoothness.
