Male, belly psoriasis for one year
赫某，男，30岁，2013年2月16日就诊。
He *, male, 30 years old. On February 16, 2013, this patient visited our hospital.
现病史：30岁的赫某在一次出差中发现自己严重水土不服，肚子上有点痒，一看，发现肚子上长了一些点状红疹，以为是过敏。但何某身上的丘疹越来越多，经诊断为寻常型银屑病（进行期），医生给他开了一些外用的药膏，每天擦拭后，开始有些效果了，赫某便停止用药，每当病情加重时，就去药店拿些药应付。但气温回暖让他的病情加速复发，赫某急上心头，经介绍来我院进行治疗。
Present Illness: During a business trip, this patient had a serious non-acclimatization with a mild belly itching and some punctate roseola on the belly, which was considered as allergy at the beginning. However, the papule became more and more. Then, he was diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris (at a progressive stage), and prescribed with some medicinal ointments for daily use. After the smearing for some days, a mild efficacy was showed, and then he withdrawn these medicines. Later, whenever the illness was exacerbated, he just bought some medicines at the drugstore for temporary treatment. However, when the climate turned warm, the illness recurred rapidly. At the introduction of a certain friend, he visited our hospital.

病情的时好时坏，间断性的治疗都是银屑病无法根治的原因。很多患者在采用药膏进行治疗后，看到有效果出现，以为病情得到了治疗，常常就会中止治疗，看到病情出现，又继续使用药膏涂抹。这种治疗方法无疑对治疗无用。银屑病的治愈不是靠一种药物或者一种偏方可以治愈的。每个人的体质，发病原因等都是不同的，只有通过多维治疗才能治愈疾病。
The psoriasis can not be cured radically mainly due to the changeable illness state and intermittent treatment. At the application of medicinal ointments, many patients make the following mistake: they often suspend the treatment whenever a mild efficacy appears because they think that the illness has been cured, but continue the treatment at any time of illness recurrence. Such treatment behavior is inevitably useless for the treatment of psoriasis. The psoriasis can not be cured by just one medicine or one folk prescription. Everyone varies in the constitution and etiology, and the psoriasis can be cured only through the multi-dimensional treatment.
