Song *, female, 31 years old. On April 13, 2013, this patient visited our hospital.
现病史：作为一家大型餐饮企业的经理，宋小姐最在意的就是自己的形象了。自从患了银屑病，宋某的工作受到了极大的影响。为了尽快治好身上难看的皮损，宋小姐四处奔走求医，尝试了各种偏门杂方，吃尽了苦头，病情偶有好转，却未能完全根治。眼看着身上的皮损丘疹由原先的点状丘疹慢慢发展为块状浸润斑，大块大块的融合在一起，宋小姐心里着急的不得了。得知我院在银屑病治疗方面口碑很好，来我院接受治疗。
Present Illness: This patient was a manager of a large restaurant enterprise, and paid the closest attention to her image. But later, her work was greatly influenced by the psoriasis. In order to cure the ugly injured skin as soon as possible, she went hither and thither for medical advice and attempted various folk prescriptions; the illness was improved occasionally but not cured radically. When the skin injury gradually progressed from the punctuate papule to lumpy infiltrative spot of massive merging, she became very worried. After learning that our hospital enjoyed a high public praise for psoriasis treatment, she visited our hospital.
检查：申淑华主任在通过望闻问切对患者做了详细的检查，发现患者微量元素锌下降，微循环中度异常，详细询问了她的日常作息状况，得知宋小姐平时工作压力很大，这是并发加重的关键原因所在。

患者的银屑病是由于微量元素下降加上微循环中度异常引起的，针对此病因，申淑华主任首先对患者采用中药药浴疗法，选用的药物具有调节机体微量元素的平衡，并起到改善微循环、调节免疫、抗过敏原的作用。
The psoriasis was caused by the decrease in micro-element level and the moderate abnormality in micro-circulation. Therefore, a TCM medicinal bathing therapy was first given through the medicines of following effects: micro-element balance regulation, micro-circulation improvement, immunity regulation and anti-allergen.
为了让患者皮损处更好的吸引药物，申主任针对患者本身，又采用了中药外敷疗法，直接将配置好的药物做成糊状敷在患处。经过一周的时间，患者皮损处有了明显的改善。
In order to better absorb the medicines at the injured skin, a TCM medicinal compress therapy was given additionally to compress the medicinal paste onto the lesion site. One week later, the injured skin was obviously improved.
